Join me for a wonderfully fun, light hearted, step by step, painting workshop in rural Staffordshire. Spend the day using acrylic paint to create a stunning tree painting. The painting is yours to take away at the end of the day and treasure for ever!​
About the Workshop
Discover your artistic side with the Black & White Woodland Art Workshop, where you'll explore creative techniques in a semi abstract way to portray nature's beauty. This hands-on experience focuses on capturing the essence of a woodland landscape. Perfect for beginners and seasoned artists alike, this workshop provides all the tools you need to bring your woodland walk to life.
All materials and equipment are provided for you to use on the day to create your stunning black & white tree painting. You’ll start with a white canvas, but by the end of the day you’ll have a gorgeous painting that is totally original and yours to take home. I'll demonstrate each stage of the painting process and will share lots of hints and tips along the way.
All you need to bring is your lunch and the willingness to pick up the brush and have a go!
You are welcome to bring photos of trees for reference, but I will have plenty available. You should wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on, or bring an apron – just in case!​ Tea and coffee are provided. The venue is wheelchair accessible and there is plenty of parking onsite.
We will start painting at 10am and will finish around 3.30/4pm. We will break for refreshments and lunch (don’t forget to bring a packed lunch as there is nowhere close by to purchase food).

Workshop Booking Policy
Cancellation: Workshop bookings are non refundable. However, if you cannot make it to a workshop and cancel more than 7 days before the event, then you can move your booking to an alternative future workshop.
Children: Please note that the workshops are suitable for children aged 10+ when accompanied by an adult who is also attending the course.
Lunch: You need to bring your own lunch.
Multiple bookings: If booking more than one place on a workshop, please drop me a message to let me know who is coming.
